Warranty Conditions
Please note the following conditions for our warranty:
- The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or not following the care instructions provided with the product.
- The warranty is void if any repairs or modifications have been attempted by anyone other than authorized Moissanite.vip representatives.
Warranty Process
In the event of a defect that falls under our warranty, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate your warranty claim by emailing us at service@moissanite.vip. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Photos of the defect are also helpful. Our customer service representatives will determine your eligibility for a warranty claim.
Step 2: Once our customer service has approved your claim and provided our return address to you, please ship the item for repair within 3 working days following our instructions. We recommend using a shipping method that provides both tracking and signature confirmation. If the item to be repaired is shipped without a tracking number and gets lost in transit, we will be unable to proceed with the warranty claim.
Step 3: Upon receiving your item, we will inspect and repair the item within 3-5 working days. Following this, we will ship the repaired item back to you.
